-Uncapped earning potential... 30-75% commission -4 week training program that teaches you basics -Management in Glendale office is hands on (helpful) -Senior staff doesn't mind showing you how to do things -The Admin in office is really good -Collaborative environment

Cons

-Its draw vs commission so you have to do the work -Just like anything sales / relationship orientated it takes time to build -Only get paid once a month (must know how to budget)

From the top down the mentality is to bully and the environment is toxic There is absolutely no diversity at this company The training is performed by people with NO training or onboarding experience a few even use curse words and have skoal (chew) in while bullying recruiters into working nights The idea of leadership is having a 20 something with a Director title make calls to overcome objections using statements with double negatives sentences and pore verbiage. After training take an “Assessment” with NO follow up

This is a very honest opportunity for someone that is highly intrinsically motivated. You can be one of the top producers in the company within 9 months to a year. The earning potential within this company is unheard of, especially for young professionals. The environment at Gpac is very casual and full of good people.

Cons

The pay should be hourly the first few months while learning the business, instead of 100% commission.
