Pros

Earning potential is very good.

Cons

Crap benefits, use vendors that call employees derogatory names, coaches harass you on family vacation, telling you who you can and can't go on break with . They really need to take a step back and realize they are working with human beings. They tell us the same of the candidates, the respect should be there with their employees too. Their leadership team reminds me of a group of frat buddies. They try to have fun but end up bullying people. They have no vision or leadership skills at all.

We are so sorry you felt disrespected. That is not something gpac stands for, or supports. We are a faith-based company who wants our pac members to feel like they are a part of a family. We believe it’s important to speak out about things like this, so we appreciate you taking the time to let us know how you feel. If you could, please give us a call to discuss your experience further or clarify on specific situations so we can prevent others from feeling the same way.

Pros

You can work remote meaning all you have to do is toggle the mouse here and there to give the illusion that you care and you’re working.

Cons

Let me paint a picture for you. Imagine waking up on a Monday morning genuinely excited about your work, you feel supported by your supervisor, your work provides you with enough challenge to keep your morale up, and oh look at that, where did the time go? The day is already over because you were so focused and motivated and enjoyed your day. That sounds great, doesn't it? YOU WILL NOT FIND THAT AT GPAC. THERE IS NO JOY. GPAC is the worst company I have ever worked for. If you have an education PLEASE go somewhere else. This job is not for the smart, educated, or those who care about their mental health. Now, who is this job good for you ask? It is for those who enjoy being bullied by their so-called coach, it is for those who enjoy being publicly embarrassed on zoom calls by their “coach”, it is for those who don't mind getting a call at 9 PM on Monday for a meeting you were never informed about, it is for those who think it is reasonable to have $250 a month taken out of your paycheck to pay for supplies because the company is too cheap to pay for it themselves (think indeed, LinkedIn, etc. You have to pay for that HAHA), and lastly, it is for those who enjoy making $12 an hour (maybe). Please whoever is reading this, if you're at a low point in life, do not go this low by working for this company. It brings the lows even lower. Don’t do what I did and give into their false advertising of a “family-run business”. Check back on this review in a few weeks and look at how many fake 5-star reviews they write to push the truth down.

Pros

I would say the only pro is Income potential, but they really need to do some restructuring at the top.

Cons

Terrible people in management. I do believe most of them are good people, and they’ve shown that. But I think there are a few folks in the higher ups that care about absolutely nothing but money and could care less about your well-being. I get it, it’s an industry based off productivity. These people expect you to work like a robot. Drop a deal, then get yelled at a few days later for not doing enough. Bring loads of money into the company, then get in a slump, and get yelled at for not doing enough. It’s a vicious cycle. Rinse and repeat. Unless your goal is to make $500k in a year, you will not enjoy this company because they micromanage the heck out of you to get as much money as possible from you. As if you don’t already pay back a draw and pay for your tools..poor management and structure. I came in with over 25 people in training, only 3 of us made it past the first 3 months with company. The turnover rate is absurd…this industry already has a high turnover rate, but these guys knock it out of the park.
