Pros
I can confidently say this is the most rewarding and fulfilling careers anyone could ask for. Working for a family owned company that truly cares about the people they employ has been so refreshing. In my 7 years of working for gpac, I have made a significant amount of money and earned the flexibility of a schedule that allowed me to be a mom first. We work in an atmosphere where the most competitive people will be put to the test and gpac has created a culture where showing up is easy. They offer the support, tools, training, and knowledge you need to be successful. Gpac offered me a lifestyle I will forever be thankful for. I was able to buy my first house, then build my dream home, travel to my kids sporting events, travel the world, and meet some amazing people that have become good friends!
Cons
The only con is that if you're not in a position in your career to be challenged to be the best you can be this is not for you.
