Pros

Training in recruiting. 360 desk. Camaraderie.

Cons

Draw system enslaves 95% of new hires until they drown. Nepotism as family works for family steering clients to their own. Unfair practices as best openings to work on go to those located in Sioux Falls. Remote workers out of the loop on hot inventory to work on. Antiquated approach. They will put you in experimental sub industries to work in without your say that they know are risky or unlikely to result in longevity there. In 2 years they are down from 800 recruiters to 300 or less. You will generate some clients and many candidates that will benefit others after your gone. An endless meat grinder with hopeful new recruiters doing the high call volume until their draw chokes them out as the seniors sit back scooping up the best clients they didn’t generate, left behind by those that came and went. little cold calling for the Sioux Falls clan aka the in crowd. If you added up all the hours wasted by those that gave 6 months to a year of their lives on this failing business model, it collectively sucks lifespans from thousands of innocent peoples lives. Time is the one thing you can’t make more or get back when it’s gone. They happily suck away your time dangling fools gold. And at the end of the day they will say it’s your fault. What would you give to get that year back? They will even try to make you quit through hazing techniques so they don’t pay unemployment.
