Pros

Superb opportunity for income for those who are willing to put in the work. Gpac is not for everyone! We acknowledge that - truthfully. The principles applied to run this company are based on decades of experience. It takes time to build. As gpac offers a remote experience, we seek people who are dedicated to 8-5 daily. Don’t come to gpac if you are looking to work whenever you like, or have excuses for not showing up to work. As we are commission based - flexibly is earned when a healthy work activity is achieved. This is a great company with people who care. We ask everyone one to commit to the activity standards it’s what makes our company successful.

Cons

None that I can think of.

Pros

No Pros, complete scam....run as far as you can.

Cons

-"training" led by someone who never made a deal and says "ask your coach" anytime you have a questions -"coaches" tell you to ask a teammate when you have a question, because they are "too busy right now" -"Salary" It is not a salary. You are in the draw AND you have to pay for the tools you use on a daily basis (and you're not 1099 so GPAC gets to write off the tools on taxes and you do not) Everything is led by fear. They recently started suing pretty much anyone that leaves over a non compete, and even made us sign a new non compete....Google Searc "gpac south dakota lawsuits" and you will see how many open cases they have against former employees (I believe 47). They know they cannot retain their employees naturally so they lead by fear and intimidation. Eventually the SD court will be sick of GPAC and everyone will be able to make their own decisions where they can work. If you are in CO do not work for BJR. Worst "coach" in the industry. Was successful 6 years ago and still brags about it to the team consistently. Cannot manage or lead a successful team. Your teammates will help you more then anything (he will take credit)
