Pros

Everyone seems to be nice to get you in the door.

Cons

No work/life balance, remote but can not choose own hours as they say, fees for using their equipment, Thwy do not tell you that you start out at an hourly rate of $11 until 90 days and then you make $3000 a month but you pay it all back. Basically, you are a minion to make them money. My son was in ICU with a ruptured brain aneurysm and they disconnected me so I could not work!!! Family oriented????? NOT AT ALL……If you don’t fit their Barbie and Ken appearance an attitude……you are out!! I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to this place!!!

Ability to work from home I suppose it the one and only pro of this job.

Cons

If you are a person of color you will not be made to feel welcomed. They’re tolerate you but don’t expect a promotion, to be considered valuable or be in an atmosphere where they respect differences of opinion. Micromanagement leadership style across the board. Unrealistic expectations with little to no training that is helpful.

Pros

Flexibility, after 1st placement, no longer need to clock in or out. Work around any schedule for most part.

Cons

Small base and compensation is on a draw where you have to pay back what they paid you. No base plus commission. Tools, like laptop and websites fees are taken out of your check every 2 weeks. Difficult to make a lot of money. Over promised, under deliver. High turnover.
