Pros

Awesome opportunity to change lives including your own. The laptop lifestyle and building relationships is 2nd to none, and the earning potential is unreal. It doesn't get any better than this. My only question is why isn't everyone working here? :)

Cons

This isn't really a "con" but if you are a work-a-holic like me, you will not know when to stop working since your office is literally only a lap top away so it's tempting to open it all day/every day. Other than that, you have nothing to lose and everything to gain by taking a chance.
