Pros

- Gpac provides an outstanding training and onboarding process. They truly put a lot of energy into training and offering a very equitable approach to giving all new hires a solid opportunity at greatness. This was the sole reason I accepted the offer. They invest in their employees more than any other company I've been with. - The company has a proven, working model for success as a search consultant. If you can't make it work, it's you, not the system. Most people don't have the drive to work from home and remain diligent in their day. This job will bite you in the rear if you sit around and waste time for months on end, building up your draw. - You are given all of the tools needed to succeed in this business, and the leadership is very welcoming. - Unlimited earning potential as a recruiter, however you must sell your soul in investing the initial time to get your desk up and running. - This place is what you make of it. If you lack drive and ambition, I promise this isn't the work-from-home gig you're looking for.

Cons

- You are a headhunter and you're also the HR department. You are tasked with collecting bills. - You have a relatively autonomous role in your day-to-day routine, however you will be required to use specific tools the company gives you (which are great tools, but you're also paying $ for them). I feel they should be paying for your online tools and laptop equipment outright. - Be sure you understand that this job requires all new recruiters to be phone warriors - Be sure to understand how a draw paycheck works - Recruiting for unique talent is extremely challenging. - Ironically, many say this is an easy job to perform, yet 80-90% can't hack it.
