Pros

flexible schedule if you are succeeding.

Cons

boys club environment, does not strive to bring in diversity the business model as a whole same coaching provided over and over again from leadership that doesn't equate to much except to make as many calls a day as you can for "urgent inventory" cold calling to build your own business, sales-y approach and pushy script This is a sales position, not a recruiting role company asks employee's write a positive glassdoor review during onboarding process.

Scam Company - Terrible Management

Pros

Their Coon Rapids location is near some decent restaurants

Cons

They're abusive, micro managing tyrants. 1% of people make all the money placed into industries and markets where they take in money. Everyone else is in the grinder and will be fired within 18 months if they don't essentially create their own business from scratch and pay gpac 70% for the pleasure.

Pros

Remote work, high earning potential

Cons

They’ll tell you work life balance but expect you to work after hours and weekends consistently. Commission structure not clearly explained. Was told it starts at 30% but that’s not true…you actually start at 25% because there is a channel partner program which appears to be like a multi leveling marketing or pyramid scheme. The training pay is so low you’ll probably have to waive healthcare benefits. There are some unethical practices like making fake job postings to “source” candidates. Would not recommend.
