Kind people and some certainly do see success, however not most.

Cons

Little training, had to hit the phones hard every day and wing it. Spent most of my time asking for businesses to use the recruiting service and they were extremely dejected by the cost of the service. Such high turnover in the Nashville office that people were not interested in getting to know you.

Ability to work from anywhere (as long as there is internet) Earning potential is through the roof: 30%-75% commissions of what you produce If you are in a "healthy partnership" you have the ability for major flexibility and time off Awesome teams, established senior recruiters and senior leadership that are willing to help you succeed Paid trips and other incentives for certain benchmarks hit throughout the year

Cons

Not for someone looking for a high base compensation, it is a heavily commissioned role Sometimes being remote can be difficult if you aren't outgoing and willing to reach out to other recruiters Success comes only from each individual and willingness to work hard. If not a self starter and willing to work hard, this may not be the right fit for you.
