      Nothing.....run far far away. By far the worst decision I ever made working for this company.

      Unethical; Management plays favorites; Never follows thru; Shady business practices. If I could give negative stars I would.

      None. None at all.

      Cons

      Very fake group of people that thrive off bullying their employees in the name of "motivation." I honestly cannot believe how they treat some people. If you're liked and at the top of the food chain, you're loved. However, if management doesnt like you, they will eat you alive. Save yourself the headache and find a more reputable company to work for - this one isn't it.

      Pros

      -Uncapped earning potential... 30-75% commission -4 week training program that teaches you basics -Management in Glendale office is hands on (helpful) -Senior staff doesn't mind showing you how to do things -The Admin in office is really good -Collaborative environment

      Cons

      -Its draw vs commission so you have to do the work -Just like anything sales / relationship orientated it takes time to build -Only get paid once a month (must know how to budget)
