      Pros

      Oversight was minimal and laid back.

      Cons

      Terrible QA/QC. When questioned directly by GC about compaction I answered truly. I was fired directly after that meeting by my boss who had been dodging that situation. So I can’t recommend them to others!

      Pros

      Great family owned company that gives you opportunity to learn the Recruiting career. Training program is outstanding. Work hard / play hard environment. Culture is unmatched and gpac does volunteer work for the community called Impact. If you are motivated, consistent and learn the position the rewards will follow. Lots of growth and opportunity.
