Pros
The management team, culture, and employees/colleagues are all outstanding. There is room to move from a recruiter role up into a team lead role, however, the real growth potential is in the compensation structure. You are rewarded for the effort you put in. You can be making 6 figures in a year instead of taking 10 years to climb a corporate ladder.
Cons
It is a grind for the first 4 months up to a year. It is building up your 'desk'. The reward will follow that. There is a lot of cold calling especially when one is new. It is not for everyone. However, it is a great opportunity for those who are the right fit.
