      There's a lot of flexibility for how you're able to run your desk which gives you the chance to earn what you want to.

      Cons

      It's not a position to get into if you're not self-motivated and willing to put in the at times long hours to achieve your goals.

      Unlimited earning potential, that you WILL NOT find anywhere else, passionate leadership, team members, and ability to control your future. Nobody else in the company decides your success, you decide. Everyone is supporting each other, and we have leadership that truly knows the industry and will help you, every step of the way. Can be so hard when you start , but stick it out. It WILL pay off.
