Fun and engaging atmosphere throughout the office. My coach is always ready to help me knock down any hurdles that interfere with performance. Everyone in this organization is working on the same goal (including management and owners), which is not the norm for most of corporate America.

Cons

You don't punch a time clock, because your building your own desk of business, so it feels like you need to work 24/7

gpac has the best company culture that I has ever been a part of. It has high energy, high intensity and is a great place to work every day. Employees have an ability to work their day how they see fit and run their job as their own business. Uncapped earning potential provides a drive for employees to push themselves to the next level.

Cons

Employees must be driven and focused to succeed at gpac. If the time is not put it, it will be tough to really see the results.
