Super supportive team, positive environment, and excellent financial potential!

Cons

It's a little hard to get some traction when you first begin but once you put in the time and effort, your hard work pays off. Stick with it past the first 6-9 months or so. For some people, it clicks right away and for some it takes a little longer just as it would for any job.

Pros

The management team, culture, and employees/colleagues are all outstanding. There is room to move from a recruiter role up into a team lead role, however, the real growth potential is in the compensation structure. You are rewarded for the effort you put in. You can be making 6 figures in a year instead of taking 10 years to climb a corporate ladder.

Cons

It is a grind for the first 4 months up to a year. It is building up your 'desk'. The reward will follow that. There is a lot of cold calling especially when one is new. It is not for everyone. However, it is a great opportunity for those who are the right fit.

You can make a lot of money. The people there are awesome and they provide all the training you need.

Cons

I thought it was a little odd that they told all employees in their first week on the job to post a positive review on Glassdoor. You have to make 60-100 outbound phone calls a day. Not everyone finds that enjoyable. There is no recurring income even after you've done it for a long time - your income is only the placements you made that month.
