Uncapped commissions, work from home

Cons

Business structure is awful, hire 50-75 new recruiters every 2 weeks, just to weed out those that have only be there 3-5 simply because they are “too far into the draw” or they had a couple of off days. Fired me the day before my grandmothers funeral because I didn’t send a bulk email, and I didn’t answer my coaches call during business hours to my personal cell phone.
