Pros

Don't believe anything good about this company.

Cons

It is structured like a ponzi scheme. It is structured like a the owner is the slave master and the slaves do all of the work and eats crums. In order to become an employee, you have to sign a non-compete. Which enslaves you for 2 years!! They tell you not to work for any other company in recruiting or its sectors. They have a lawyers office reach out to you to ask what type of work you would be doing after leaving. I would not recommend this company to anyone!!

Pros

Flexibility, potential, and remote work

Cons

Family feeling in the beginning. When leaving, I was hung up on by a regional manager before being able to respond. I wanted to thank my other manager for his time investing in me but I wasn’t able to do that. Within several minus, I was locked out of everything. The experience with GPac started well but ended in a very inhuman way. I had not expected that

Pros

They provide good sales tools and adequate consultative selling for its industry.

Cons

If you don’t live and breathe only for the company they will fire in a heart beat. Micromanagement remotely. Be prepared to have low starting pay, and you must invest in your own electricity, pay for work tools, internet, phone bill, home workspace, and again all to be micromanaged remotely. They only want you to work from home. Lastly, they do not support military reservists in service: They want you to only focus on their work and have no understanding of the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployement Rights Act (USERRA).
