Pros

Fully remote & can literally work anywhere in the world with wifi connection Provides laptop, monitor, mouse, and headset Benefits are provided if needed however you do pay a monthly contribution that comes out of your check every 2 weeks

Cons

You pay a monthly for access to recruiting tools like LinkedIn, Zoom Info, Indeed The pay scale is good depending on what industry you get to recruit for and territories you get You don't get to choose which industry you get to recruit for, it's chosen for you and some industries pay better and are more consistent with hiring opportunities like construction, financial services, insurance This should really be classified as a 1099 experience because they take 30% of what money you earn per placement until you bring $150,000 cash in then you earn 50% but that can be extremely hard depending on what industry you get and how high the need is in that industry. While you are awaiting placement you will go into what they call a "draw" and that is gpac's equivalent of fronting your "business expenses" until you make placements. Keep in mind if your placements aren't consistent and at least $15,000 or more ( making at least 3-4 placements a month) your draw will grow quickly and they will try to get you to quit or they will fire you because to them it's costing them more to keep you . Not a lot of empathy for unexpected life events including illness unless you are already a very high earner. They will try to get you to quit( no unemployment benefits if you quit) or will fire you if it comes to that point.

Pros

*Family Owned and Operated *31 Years in Business *Good People *Strong Values *Flexible Schedule once you've proven yourself *Non-Corporate Feel *Incredible Income Potential *Good Training Program *Referral Bonuses *Work anywhere you want to *Fulfilling and Meaningful Work *Truly want to see you be successful *Growing Company *Financially Healthy Company

Cons

*Pressure to produce (this is a sales, commission oriented position. If you do not produce results, it won't be a fit. However I will say, they are patient with folks who really want to be successful but may be struggling to generate results) *It can be hard (there are some variables outside your control, like candidates taking another job that is not yours, for example. You can do everything right and still not have a deal come through, which is frustrating) *Only two offices in U.S. (Sioux Falls, SD and Phoenix, AZ) - if you like that face-to-face interaction with your co-workers, you need to be located in those two cities, otherwise you are probably working remotely *Very low Base Pay (you are on a Draw and it is barely livable income) *Other expenses deducted from paycheck to cover Tools Cost (tools are what we use to help find candidates - LinkedIn, for example)
