So many Red Flags

Pros

Remote availability and provided equipment

Cons

Percentage of pay is extremely low. They expect constant phone calls to be made even after hours and on the weekends. You will share your commission with other team members even if you do all the work. Unrealistic goals. An extremely litigious company to work for. They will come after you if you decide to leave the company and continue to work as a job recruiter. They have a two year waiting period before you can even work for another recruitment company. They will take you to court even if you work in an HR dept of a recruiting company. The management is shady.

Pros

IT is always top notch and helps me with any issues immediately, they are truly great. Some of my teammates were also very welcoming and nice.

Cons

They truly only see you as a number, that changes every week or so. One week it could be you're making your coach look bad by not having enough sendouts and the next it could be that you don't have enough JOs. A company that puts itself first, above everyone, even the customers is a toxic place to be. I have even seen coaches say that really only 5% of your hard work will actually go towards getting a placement. That is sad considering that is were all of the income comes from. I think this company only cares about the $ and everything else is irrelevant. I haven't been here very long but so far someone has quit at least once a week, but usually more and that's just on my team who knows what it is company wide. They micromanage you to the point where you begin to feel like you can't even take a break without permission. I've had micromanagement at other companies as well, but at least they were paying me a living wage. This company charges you to use their used computers as well as all of the tools you will use. That is just terrible. They say is your "business" but it's not, you are just a tool to make money for the "Good" family that owns this sweatshop. Please don't bother!
