Stop making cold calls for 15 minutes and then you'll hear from your coach and it's the only way to get their attention. They hire 30-50 people a month and terminate 20-40 people a month. They advertise jobs that don't actually exist to candidates and market candidates that don't actually exist to companies. And they want a whopping 33% of the first year's compensation paid on the day the new employee starts, so good luck if you're not placed into a lucrative field like legal or financial. Run, don't walk, from this company.

This company is a scam and very unprofessional. I was sent an email for a potential job in and I quote “real estate maintenance technician “. This is the problem with a lot of these organizations, instead of doing actual productive work, they spend all day trolling people’s emails.
