      Pros

      Lots of work, which my ADHD brain loves. I can switch from one task to a different one when I get bored. Its actually a fun job. My team and my director are literally the best on the planet. I honestly mean that. BUT this isn't for everyone, if you need a pat on the back for doing your job, look somewhere else, if you need to have someone hold your hand, this ain't the place. If you are actually motivated, independent and don't need to be besties with everyone at work, this is the ticket.

      It's hard work. Not for the faint of heart. It's rewarding but it's hard.
