Current workforce is really good in terms of technical expertise. Work like balance is great. Good paymaster.

Cons

Since the company is relatively new, the policies keep changing frequently causing discomfort to employees.

1- Good learning 2- Latest technology 3- Technically sound people

Cons

1- No cab facility,which is now there even in small companies 2- only 15 leaves in a year :)... that is too low according to industry standard.
