The only positive u can take here is " you will get a chance to work with IITians.

Cons

They will provide you, 1.5 times salary, but ill expect work up-to 3 times. No work-life balance Managers are only here for just surfing on nets . They only take status from you and forward it to senior management. HR policies is zero rated. will provide you 15 leaves only. and you are lucky one, if you get a chance to take those leaves No cab facility
