1. Transparent Management, higher management is communicative and you learn all the happenings on time. 2. Good Pay Master 3. Flexible Environment, lots of challenges and if you are motivated you can do much more. 4. Small incentives like- evening snacks and other items, cabs if you extend etc. 5. Open communication, feel free to walk to anyone with a query and he will response. 6. Cool startup atmosphere, with lots of youngsters. 7. Flexible work timings, Work from home etc.

1. Temporary kind of work, sometimes very hectic for long and sometimes sitting idle for months . 2. Company has started cost cutting in everything including parties, outings, increment, etc . 3. They say product but it is service-based company only . As it include in product whatever client asks .
