Pros

Great culture, job security and good employee benefits. Transparent and upfront management, so you will be heard at all levels.

Cons

Hours are project dependent, sometimes you work 8 hour days and sometimes more than that, it all depends on which project you are staffed on.

Great work life balance, staying late at office is not encouraged - I see a lot of negative reviews for this aspect here, seem to be from a few notorious teams/projects, well every organization has them! Great paymaster, good salary structure (without any deductible components except PF & gratuity) , good facilities, cooperative HR (they seem to be really working on the negative feedback) Good technical work, you get to work on both front-end and back-end, the whole stack, this is again dependent on your project US onsite oppurtunity

Cons

No cab facility, except metro feeders ! No cafeteria for R&D2, pretty average appraisals
