Cons

I stayed very far from office so spent a lot of time traveling back and forth.

Very funny HR, dont know how to handle employee queries and don't know how to do hiring too...lolz Giving and changing titles like offering sweets... No clear hierarchy defined Experienced people in HR required who knows how to handle employee issues
