No structured training modules for new joinees No proper induction process, hence you wouldn't find it easy to mix up with people Less number of leaves (only 15) (No sick leaves)

Good technical exposure. Some H R policies are good. Pay grades are comparatively good.

Cons

A lot of work in short duration that means work more than 10 hours a day and weekends also. Total paid leaves are only 15.
