Worst management and worst work environment and culture, no ethics

Will learn a lot because you have to do all the work yourself

Cons

Management expects you to perform all the roles of a DBA, application server management and a testing as your primary roles. There is no mentoring and any knowledge transfer concept, they expect you to be expert in everything and that is impossible, lot of work pressure. They are product based company and are running out of jobs because of lack of contracts.

Get a chance to work on latest technologies. Good tools and management support working on new technologies. Some of best minds of IT industry are there to guide you. Work from home and flexible hours. Open culture, and higher management is approachable. Hive program of hCentive grooms future leaders.

Cons

Too much work during OEP period, especially month of Oct to Dec each year. Better planning can definitely help streamline the process.
