Company is building exciting solutions in healthcare and benefits domain. Never a dull moment. If you are a high achiever, it is a great place to learn and grow.

Cons

Product management leadership is weak. Currently company is more engineering driven. Company also needs to be more focussed in consistently meeting its client expectations.

There are is a lot of potential for this company. Every day is different which allows for many opportunities to learn.

Cons

Because they are still a young company, grow very quickly, and are still in a "start-up" mentality, there are plenty of in-house issues that need to be sorted.
