You will learn politics and soon can get a seat for local elections. People will help you in every possible manner.

Cons

Election results are celebrated as a marriage function in office If you support their "core members" political party then you are safe, if not, you cannot survive No work but bit fat gossips. Gender equality is maintenanted only in gossips HCENTIVE should join a political party. It's definitely not a corporate company specially Noida office. Faviourism right on point for some members. No need to learn automation as the automation guys do nothing.

Work evn. is very friendly and lots of room for learning. Flexibility in working hours, many re-recreational activities, good perks and occasional on-site travel.

Cons

Parking space creates trouble, need to put in extra effort on weekends some-times due to aggressive deadlines.
