Unfairly prejudiced quality organization leading to its sinking
Pros
I might sound pessimist but actually cannot think of any pros about this company. If good package and unreasonable onsite opportunities provided to selected individuals are considered as pros then they can be counted.
Cons
As an employee here few things that I can list down that is leading to company's downfall are: - complete negligence towards quality at the begining - Once importance of quality realized, delegating the Quality department in the hands of incompetent individual who has zero background of project as well as people management. - Quality department is a complete mess representing a typical government office environment where you have to keep your boss happy to grow professionally (which here is understood as frequent US trips and illogical promotions) - Those who had the capability of turning company's fortune were made to resign on basis of Glassdoor feedback but at the same time no action is being taken against the quality magicians after so much of discontent among the employees and consistent quality failures. - Whenever a ship sinks the captain is held responsible but in hCentive even after it is struggling due to quality issues the quality captain and his magic makers are still enjoying the US lifestyle.
