Flexible timings Can work from home

Cons

Flexible timings are just for a statement - There is a time to come office, but no time to leave or get relaxed No employee friendly policies They give less number of leaves in a year and with so much work pressure, you cant take those leaves also Top management should be completely replaced if company wants to grow seriously. These people are just not relevant in their positions and due to them all of the staff is facing challenges along with CEO There is no work life balance. You are expected to work 24*7

Sorry to hear about your bad experience with the company. As for the policies we are constantly revisiting our policies to make sure they are fair and do consider them employee friendly. If you feel a policy is not being followed correctly please approach the HR department and we can assist in making sure it is. This includes the leave policy, because at hCentive we have an honor leave policy so as a company we are not giving less amounts of leave as mentioned. Or if there are specifics on the policies not being employee friendly please let us know your suggestions for improvement. As for management please approach HR with your specific complaints and we can work together to make sure your experience is a better one.

Politics and Favouritism is the only thing left, very bad company overall

Pros

Yes only free snacks. Nothing pros left here. Day by day this company is getting worse. No real growth, No career opportunities, No quality work.

Cons

CEO don't have any vision. He lost control over everything. Each and every people from upper management has their own set of people who are getting promotions, awards and hike etc... Rest they don't care about. Dev, BA and QA heads are playing dirty politics for their own benefits. No one wants to take responsibility and most of them are pretty average people who are just showing they are working.
