Some Old managers from NSIT/DCE who think they are the only intelligent coders on the planet. Rude and Full of crap attitude managers , and they are the reason good people are continuously leaving the company.

First thing first, surprised to see one-two liners positive reviews to promote hCentive. HR team, please show some creativity while posting positive fake reviews. And about this organization, it is full of morons who think they are bonds but adding zero value. Employees are frustrated and attrition rate is so high, will continue so because of poor culture at this place. Middle management is bunch of idiots who mismanage resources for their own benefits, can go to any level even if company is going for a toss, and employee work-life balance is into chaos. HR and higher management doesn't give employee feedback a damn, actually there is no two-way feedback system at all so be assured that you just will follow your superior and can't do anything, but at end will just change your job. This is not a product company, basically more like listening to customers (as per their core values as well), and making employees life as hell.
