      Early starter advantage which they are loosing quickly Have some good ppl, but a lot of them are leaving

      Cons

      They have got too much on their plate and are struggling to complete Need to improve a lot on quality of software Too many management issues

      Pros

      Great employees to work with. They only hire very smart employees. Take an IQ test before you interview. Loved the people I worked with everyday.

      Cons

      High turnover due to hiring smart people and then micro managing them to death.
