      Pros

      The company has extremely generous policies on every front - Be it Benefits, unlimited leaves, Free food and snacks. Most importantly the company has been developing some cutting edge product which have the potential of redefining the healthcare tech space.

      Cons

      Off late there were some hires from very big companies who tried to ruin the entrepreneurial culture by introducing politics and favoritism.

      Ability to be flexible with working from home on ocassion. Hours are flexible but are heavily watched. free lunch every day.

      Leadership, Starting Salary is bad for younger new folks. Onshore offshore model is disfunctional

      - Genuine good intentions and future vision from the executive team. Genuine desire to create a company that people want to work at. - Good people to work with. People work so hard and really care about the projects. - Competitive salary

      Cons

      - Dysfunctional organizational structure. Most projects are set up for certain failure. - Overwhelming workload that leads to inevitable burnout. - Terrible work life balance. No time for vacations. - Lack of appreciation for the stress that employees are put under.
