-Excellent management that allows employees to try new projects - Management inspires employees to continue to learn and grow -Fast paced environment -Get to work with different departments throughout the company -Free lunches and honor leave hCentive is a great place to work. I enjoy coming to work every day and the people I work with on a daily basis. Even though there are some negative reviews on this site; two former employees do not represent the whole company.
