- New strategic and high performing leadership in place - Clearly defined vision for product, sales, and marketing - as shared with entire company during annual kick-off meetings (US & India) in February 2017 - Flexible working hours & work-life balance - Excellent benefits - 1 of only 5 companies in DC Metro area offering Honor Leave (unlimited PTO), free lunch, and new this year - free tele-medicine! - Awesome team dynamics and collaboration (on my team and with my clients) - Improved town hall events & recognition programs for employees

Cons

- Engineers & software developers are still struggling to find work-life balance in an industry that is highly regulated with constant change - Some employees don't agree with new vision shift to include product investment in commercial market; these individuals are being single-minded and can't embrace a broader vision for growth and can poison the water for others who want to grow and be successful
