Good opportunity to work on a new tech domain – healthcare. Very flexible work hours. Great teammates. Good working environment. All facilities to work and unwind.

Cons

Work load and the pressure from seniors is pretty taxing. But the flexi hours are a big relief.

Since it’s still a small organization, one gets acknowledged easily, hence there is high visibility of individuals. This also helped in the easy acceleration of titles. The quality of work, exposure and growth opportunities really made me enjoy my work.

Cons

You may have to work under pressure sometimes. Also, you will be working in a big group, so your voice may not be heard.
