Pros

Work from home facility, flexi hours and other incentives keep the employees motivated to deliver better. You can actually have a chat with the top management (CEO) and voice yourself.

Cons

Can the middle management be improved? Some of them do not even deserve to be there.

Good domain and technology, and some great old people at various levels to work with.

Cons

Flaws in processes and planning at many levels where improvement could be done, that includes recent recruitment to project planning and resource allocation. I was amused to get contradictory reviews notification hence my two cents - recently this organization was going downhill and focus on employees are much needed. There were some under-performed managers, and HR people and their processes was not up to industry standards.
