Pros

1) There are some really good people in this orgazination. Hcentive has attracted good talent in the past so you will see people with good technical, analytical and inter-personal skills in this company. 2) HR & Admin teams are amazing. Very reachable and very professional in their approach. Hcentive is a small organization due to which the HR is deprived of some powers. HR will give their 110% to make you feel home in hCentive but there are few things which are not managed by HR. Areas which are not managed by HR are the most suffered ones. 3) Technology driven organization. 4) Flexi work hours and work from home available depending on the project requirements. Hcentive focuses on work and does not tracks the number of hours spent in office. Simply awesome! 5) Free snacks/ cab facility for folks staying late. 6) Good pay master. Appraisals are more than market standards.

Cons

Disclaimer: hCentive is going through some business and market challenges. I believe these cons are a reflection of the same. 1) hCentive is a small organization and caters to limited business partners. So there are always business risks and some level of uncertainities in the organization. 2) Start up culture- high expectations. Worse part is that the leadership/ management will not spend time with you in explaining the tasks/ expectations. They will not groom you. They need people who are doing similar kind of jobs in other companies and someone who can start performing from day 1 without even knowing what he is supposed to do! There is always chaos in the team and no one bothers to streamline work. 3) hCentive leadership is very judgemental and labels people within few days. First impression is the last impression here. 4) hCentice being a small product based company gives undue advantage to few key resources who have been associated with organization and are in good book of leaders. Favouritism is common and 100% of the management decisions are biased. 5) Concentration of power- 99% of the power, decision making is given to 1% of the people who take decisions in closed rooms and never practice openness. 6) Zero people management
