Free snacks,breakfast, dinner, regular parties etc HR is very soft spoken to talk (though powerless) Company environment is very much friendly (everyone misses in the end ;) )

Cons

Top Management is shaken, everybody wants to save their job All managers are GOOONS !! (I guess that's what their job criteria was) Main CON: Products are getting very poor response at sales, ultimately leads to job insecurities
