Pros

Great company to work with. India management specifically is quite supportive and knowledgeable. Hard work is highly appreciated and acknowledged. Got an opportunity work with many smart DEV and QA therein.

Cons

Business is slow, nothing much changed. Though top management seems quite optimistic, but uncertainty still seems to be there. Fresh hiring is almost stopped.
