Used to be great but lost its shine

Pros

Great team to work with. They used to the hire best talent in the market most of them from passed out from elite college. Got to work with very good team and learned a lot. If you perform you can get very good year end appraisals (i don't want to mention the numbers, you would know if you join)

Cons

Bad higher management. Lot of politics at higher level. After a certain level, you can grow only if you can butter.
