snacks. metro shuttle. flexi timings. no work. Employees chilling at funshalla. you can be promoted to manager post even at 5 -6 years experience, just need the right connections.

Cons

No new projects from 2014. Job not secure. Management total choas. Employee stop working as soon as promoted to lead , then hiring more juniors to get the work done , then hiring more managers to manage all junior resources . Everyone looking for job outside. Only rusted employees , thinking to stay back. Attrition sky high.

There was lot of scope for learning for the newer guys. There are some very talented guys in the team.

Cons

Can't really see a problem as far as my project was concerned. Though I have heard that people having lot of problems in other projects with their managers.
