Few Managers from NSIT/IIT -worst in the company

Pros

The founders started with a good vision. The compensation used to be competitive. Earlier had onsite opportunities as well

Cons

Some Old managers from NSIT/DCE who think they are the only intelligent coders on the planet. Rude and Full of crap attitude managers , and they are the reason good people are continuously leaving the company.

Technology stack is good. Some good people

Cons

Gets you in a habit of writing crappy code,no role models to look up to, no automated builds/Continuos deployments, Database to be installed on local laptops. No opportunity to learn and grow if you are not very proactive outside office works. Long working hours often late into night. No office/word installed on laptops. No room for experimentation. Very team lead driven atmosphere. HR screws you deliberately and unnecessarily at the time of exit

- Strong technical folks to work with. - You would not find any company which offers such good on-site opportunities and also the work life balance. - Though i am working more than 12 hours a day but i can always report at office next day at 12 PM or may be late without any question being asked. - Fast promotions, Good hike every year, you just have to prove your worth. - Good work culture.

Cons

Its high time the company should implement 360 degree feedback where you can give feedback for managers. Poor planning. only 15 leaves. Please have some principals at least follow the core values defined by you. There is no openness practiced at any level.
