Easy to make friends Recepies are simple Job tasks are easy to understand

Cons

Way too much drama, constantly an issue between workers. When asking for help to finish tasks, was told i would get help, but wouldn't receave help. Very difficult to move up the ladder

good coworkers, training is not hard, and not hard to move up it just takes a lot of time.

Cons

the job was repetition. i quickly got bored after doing the same routines for months.

* Lunch meals are delicious * Pleasant co-workers (experience may vary by store) * Fast-growing company means many opportunities for advancement in the workplace. They try to promote from within. * Bilingual. If you speak Spanish and English, this will make your job a whole lot easier, but admittedly more tiring from translating all the time. * If you can last more than 6 months and you are bilingual, you are highly likely to promote.

Cons

* Understaffed. Like a lot of the service industry, saving costs at every turn from avocados to nitpicking on exact measurements of portions yet not manning a store realistically for peaks. * Upper management is cut-throat, being in competition with their equals for more bonuses at the expense of store employees. * Visible employee burn-out, no one seems exempt from this. * Little incentive to tolerate the high volume and the really bad clients who keep coming back. Management does little to NOTHING to keep the ones who keep stealing from the establishment; they will NOT have your back. * "The customer is always right!" culture. * Company has a hard time retaining good managers. $17/hour for a high-pressure supervisory role is hilariously not enough, even with a percentage of tips. This job is not an entry-level supervisory role by any means. You will juggle a lot of responsibilities. * Lots of busy work, largely due to high pressure on General Manager.
