Positive Environment Helping Colleagues Pay scale is Nice Salary ontime Absolute nice for freshers only. Fresher can learn very much from company.

Cons

Management is not good as per good company. Have to change location as big. Doze not know about market development criteria

Pros

very good environment to work with, specially for freshers. Experience developer could also learn new things as company is growing and very good potential in US Insurance Domain.

Cons

I couldn't find cons through out of my carrier at this company. You could say fix increment policy but as compare to other companies at Ahmedabad, increment will be very good.
