It was really good platform to grow as manager. Overall good atmosphere. Salary on time and as commited.

Cons

Less support from management. If you are good at "YES SIR" then only you can survive...you can't survive if you are good at work and dedicated to company with your caliber.

salaries are not up to the standards, infact low compare to the other companies of same domain. work distribution process is poor. No Technology up-gradation.
