      Pros

      Projects are well managed, developers are able to engage with a variety of interesting technologies and skill-sets. Time is allotted for studying for new skills on the job

      Cons

      Benefits are average at best, good amount of starting PTO but no additional pool for sick leave. Healthcare and dental plans are sufficient but not excellent.

      There are a variety of projects crossing different industries, so things are always interesting. Lot's of opportunities to be exposed to new technologies.

      Cons

      Certain projects can be hectic and time driven based on deadlines or customer needs, but that's a pretty standard thing anywhere there is customer consulting work being done.

      You get a lot of exposure to a lot of different languages and technologies, the people are all very nice, and the work is very interesting

      Cons

      It goes through cycles of being very slow to the point where time drags on, and being very busy where you think you can possible finish everything you need to do in time.
